The dates above should be used as a GUIDE when preparing an ethics application for submission and subsequent approval. Ratification and/or approval of an ethics application can take up to a week after the respective eithcs committee has met.

There is NO HAPS HESC (Central Committee) Meeting for the June or December cycles – so NO project or program applications can be approved and will be held over to the following HAPS HESC (Central Committee) Meetings.
The MGSE HEAG ratifies all project & program ethics applications and approves all Minimal Risk and Project within Program ethics applicationss received.
