Staff Locations on the floor
- Location codes for workspaces and offices have been confirmed by the Steering Committee (these can be used on box labels).
- Floorplans with names on seats are now available (updated 29th November).
- Current floorplans for both buildings (updated 17th November). -
Research Data and Records

Boxes and Packing
- Cardboard boxes are now available for staff to take items home. These will arrive along with the plastic crates (plastic crates are to be used for all items being relocated to Leicester and Queensberry St).
- Packing instructions from Toll Transitions need to be referenced by all staff relocating. Please contact your administrator ('move coordinator') with questions as they will be given the most up to date information.

Parking
Parking is controlled by Property & Campus Services. MGSE are still waiting on advice for our staff but advise that individuals with specific concerns contact Traffic Control directly.

- The final stacking of the buildings has been confirmed.
- Proposed construction completion dates are available (moving dates are to be advised).
